Glamis’ financing values generally range between £100,000 and £5,000,000, which is often below the levels offered by many private equity providers or subordinate (mezzanine) loan divisions of lenders such as bank and other institutions.

 

Glamis management team provides a rapid response to proposals, a pro-active and professional ‘industry aware’ approach to transactions and access to senior debt providers, not necessarily available directly to our clients.

 

Glamis, and its Funds, provide private equity, subordinate (mezzanine) loans or a combination of both. We do not act as brokers and clients are free to use their existing banking relationships, should they wish to do so.

 

Glamis funds the gap between senior debt and the equity capital our clients have available for each project. Typically, in the current economic environment, a bank will provide 60% to 70% of senior debt.

Glamis provides the next 20% to 30% as mezzanine finance and the entrepreneur the

balance of capital.
