GLAMIS FUNDS

Glamis’ Investment Partnerships packages Glamis private equity and lending services within a series of collective investment vehicles (“Funds”).

Our high net worth, sophisticated investors provide our Funds with capital, in the form of ordinary share capital, partnership capital or loans. Each Fund is ‘stand alone’ entity.

Glamis Financial normally provides underwriting services and invests its own equity directly into each Fund, thereby sharing risk and reward with our investors.

The objective of each Fund is to achieve above average rates of return through a high yield, capital growth or, in most cases, a combination of both.

Glamis Financial receives annual management fees and performance related fees.

Glamis utilizes Limited Partnerships (LP’S), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP’s), Property Unit Trusts (PUT’s) and Exempt Property Units Trusts (EPUT’s), which can be particularly useful to non-tax paying investors, such as pensions funds (SIPP’s, SSAS’s and QROPS).

Most of Glamis Funds are ‘closed-end’ and our investors’ receive their return, after a defined term, through a refinancing,  a sale of its assets and voluntary liquidation, or the investment being sold or obtaining a quote on a recognized stock exchange.

The Funds invest in property, property joint ventures (with guaranteed minimum returns) and secured property finance.

Investment in a Glamis Fund provides a diversification into an asset class which is normally supported by outright ownership of property or security over tangible assets or shares in a company. The security is often supported by personal guarantees from entrepreneurs etc. The ‘special situations’ nature of these Funds targets a higher rate of return than achieved through passive investment.

Glamis specialist knowledge and experienced team allows our sophisticated investors access to otherwise unobtainable transactions.

The Glamis management team have many years experience of undertaking the investment and lending diligence process and managing investment and loan portfolios.
